Best creatine you've tried?

Hi there,

I was just wondering whats the best creatine some of
you guys have tried?(Based purely on effectivness,not cost)

I'm on purple-K right now,2pills before working out,2pills after.
My muscles are a little rounder due to water retension.No blowted
feeling or sore stomachs thought..no big increase in strenght.

basic non-flavored Micronized creatine Monohydrate

either that or kre-alkalyn or creatine ethyl ester

ive only been doing mono up until now

been on alkanyn for one week and i can already feel the difference, im alot less bloated than i was.

For me it's mono all the way, making sure to take it with fast carbs. Krealkalyn works for some people extremely well, usually in the form of good strength gains, but for others, like myself, it does nothing.

Vitargo and Animal Pump have worked real well with me, I noticed some water retention with vitargo

Vitargo CGL was great, but right now I am really really liking Concrete. Its great, great pumps and no water retention. You can get a free two week package on their website.

No problem, the link is www.con-cret.com, I hope it works. Its great stuff, taste is awful though. My advice put it in some juice, and hold your breath while gulping it down as fast as possible. GNC also carries it from what I hear.

Edit: apparently they have run out of free trial packs but I would definitely recommend it to anyone. GNC.com sells it for pretty cheap, especially if you have a gold card. The website or GNC are the only ones that carry it right now.

Cellmass

Cellmass is the best creatine i have used. and it does not have water retention
