Real, form wasn't all that great, but it was still 23 reps. Plus, if you keep an eye on the people in the background, they never are the same, they constantly move.

I think it is a repost, either that or I saw it over on Muscle Mayhem. Either way, fake plates, they were the plates they use for photo shoots.

could have been real, if the bar bended, and he shows some sort of strain on his face, or let out a grunt or went slower as he got closer to the end of the set, or if he didnt just get on the thing without some sort of warm up or whatever (notice he was wearing jeans?) and had better form....

You're all strange. He was at some kind of show in which there was a bench with fake plates, I would do the same for fun, make a video on which i bench "585" for many reps. Just for fun, and you all have to think he's a idiot and trying to fake everyone. Geeeez
