Dont spend your money on useless supps. Just get a good protein powder and add some creatine. Thats all you need

I use Horse Power and I think it is pretty good. Defiantly one of the better pre-workout supps out there. And it feels really great when the beta-alanine kicks in. :D :hsughr:

I've had none of those problems with Horse Power. Just mix it properly with water and you'll be chunk free. ;)
It tastes pretty good also and specially compared to nano vapor. :ugh:

And as I've said before in this thread beta-alanine rocks. :D

hey well i returned the horse power today, and the lady at the counter, said horsepower can give some people headaches and some people not, so guess im the unlucky one LOL.
so exchanged it for "Controlled Labs-white flood", it worked fantastic got the pump, no headaches, got more reps out of higher weight then normal, and was still pumped after the gym. :):):)
guess with everything some things work for some people and other things work for other people.

A cast should not pose a problem he you don't exercise the injured
part. If you have an injured wrist for instance, you can do leg
presses. When one is in a cast, its advisable to do exercises which
cannot precipitate a fall.

I have read some reviews of this supplement and most commentators are
dwelling on taste. Its not palatable and does not dissolve well, it
tends to clump together. But some are giving it a thumbs up with
regard to performance which can be noticed after 2 weeks. I think it
depends on one's physiology.
