Hello to all. Has anyone here had any experience with the supplement Cissus? If so, what is your opinion, and if any, what were your results. I have a friend who claims, he's used it for about 3 months, and has knocked 4 inches off his waist without losing any muscle at all. He says he's changed nothing in his diet or workout. He definitely looks different

i used it as a joint formula. Super cissus RX from USP labs, and it didnt rea;;y work that well for me.
