I always wondered, do you guys enjoy electronic music ? It can be anything from techno to psychedelic trance, house, drum & bass, happy hardcore, etc...

Do you like any type ?

I myself enjoy electronic music, recently I discovered I had a thing for psychedelic trance. Starting when I discovered this two songs:

youtube.com/watch?v=RZjdlBTun1Y (Vibe Tribe)
youtube.com/watch?v=QXjNB43WRBk (Infected Mushroom)

I also enjoy techno and the sometimes dance (including eurodance). Do you liek da electronic musiks ?

Techno is not music, Music takes skill to compose, write, and play. Electronic music is the lazy musicians music. To make it takes virtually no musical skill, as you are given all the beats, rhythms, and sounds ahead of time and you assemble them on a computer or spin table...

I don't know, doesn't sound like a music to me. But that's just my opinion.

Actually I'm pretty sure that their are some classicly trained and skilled musicians that make electronica. I know of at least one who was a classical/orchestral composer prior to delving into electronica.

I have to agree that trance and such can come across as repetitive and boring. Some you just have to be tripping to find it entertaining.

I like big beat stuff (Propellorheads, Fat Boy Slim) and some stuff like Orbital and the guy who did the Human Traffic Soundtrack.

I agree 100% with this part. Tiesto when I'm 'feelin' fine in the 519' is pretty sweet. THC + Techno = /win

Maybe I was too hasty in stating my opinion the first time. I do enjoy some of the bigger name things. Usually the techno/electronica I like is in movie soundtracks.
