    He really should of done that in a cage. You would hate to see him fux up (Jean Pierre style).

    But incredible as well. Hip flexors must be very powerful

    The reason he isn't using spotters is that it isn't his absolute max. He is doing reps with a heavy weight at speed, not grinding out a single that is over and above his ability.

    Years of power training in weightlifting where the goal is to lift more on C&J and snatch. That squat is an accessory exercise!!!

    You have to bear in mind that he is doing a 3xBW squat there at ~200lbs, so considering the guys weighing 20-30kg heavier at the same level (i.e. world class) in power lifting are squatting ~1000lb to parallel and in gear then it is about right.
