One shot of what? Your tolerance for stimulants must be extremely high to have that much and not end up in the hospital. That would give me a heart attack.

Needless to say that I spend the day inside.

Actually I wasn't really energized just kinda high, couldn't really eat and I was pissing all the time.
I was pretty cut the day after though but my body was hungering for salt so I think I spend quite a bit of money at McDonald's that day.

My legs the day after.

10 grams of pure caffeine (or so I've been told) will most likely kill you. I only took a quarter of that.
