2 weeks ago at the gym in Pensacola, I forget my systolic, something between 110-120 and my diastolic I always remember because its always crazy low, last time it was 52

probably bad, since when i drive my car anywhere i always feel like my hearts pumping

I had one at the gym I was at. Before when I was pretty crook with low blood pressure I tried to continue weight training got someone to take my blood pressure after a set of 10 reps on squats and after 3 readings the highest was about 110/51 lol.
are u nervous when ure at the doc? ive always had a phobia against doctors and needles and such. so last time i measured i got mine measured to 150/75. so i relaxed alittle and calmed myself down and measured again and it was already down to 130/70.
also did u use any tobacco or coffee or something before u went in? both nicotine and caffeine narrows the blood vessels and can heighten it. on a positive note ur dystolic pressure is normal, and thats the most important thing ive been told, because the systolic pressure can vary alot depending on alot of different factors.
