    50 kg - 15 reps WU
    70kg - 10 reps WU + 9 partial
    90 kg - 6 WU +5 partial
    100 kg - 3 + 2 partial

    DB flat press
    30kg - 10 WU
    35kg - 8 forced (felt comfortable, next time increase)

    BB decline bench (really focusing on contraction not so much on the weight)
    50kg - 12
    60kg - 6

    incline DB flyes
    22 kg - 10
    25kg - 8
    (drop set ) - 20 kg - 15 kg ( as many reps as I can do in the drop phases )


    BICEPS

    Close grip EZ bar curl
    30 kg - 10
    40 kg - 4 + 2 forced

    DB curl ( NOT alternated )
    17,5 kg - 10
    20 kg -6 drop set - 15 kg - 12.5 kg

    Concentrated curl

    12.5 kg - 12

    now i'm realising that I forgot calves..

    I think you double posted the shoulder session bro.

    Anyway, The two workouts look solid. That shoulder and tri session is great and i'm glad you tried those BNP's. There awesome and will get you melons for your delts Back workout is good also man, with good choice of exercises and heavy dbell rows. keep it up mate
