    bench felt really good today first set was easy easy.. got 5 but I had at least 2 more in me with assistance, though I preferred to save some energie for the other two sets.

    thanks mate, I dropped from 89kg to 85kg from a little cut phase, I kept my mass and leaned up a bit, so I'm able to crack more reps on those.
