    Cause I feel I need more reps to grow. I never used to go beyond 12 and in the past couple of weeks it didn't feel right, from now on, on compound moves I'll hit a minimum of 6-8 reps on my heaviest set and a minimum of 12-15 on isolation moves.     BUT, I have present in my mind that a compound move purpouse is to move weight so i'll lower my reps on those, and isolation moves are all about muscle contraction and getting blood into the muscle.

    I'll aways incorporate this into my workouts and trow some supersets, giantsets and drops here and there.
