    Lazy's log

    Here is yesterday's training


    Wednesday 8/6/08 Back/chest

    Machine row:(one hand)
    12*25kg, 8*50kg, 3*6*75

    Db incline press:
    15*21kg, 8*31kg, 2*6*46,5kg

    Low pulley row:
    2*10*100kg

    Smith bench press:
    8*75kg, 2*8*105kg

    Pull down v-handle:
    10*80kg, 10*95

    Incline flyes:
    12*26kg, 10*31kg

    Friday 8/8/08 Legs + whole body massage

    1.Legpress warm up:(knees)
    10*100, 10*200kg

    2.Squat:
    6*70, 6*100, 6*130, 6*150kg

    3.Legpress:
    6*300, 8*400kg

    4. Hack calf raise:
    10*50, 8*10, 10*150kg

    Workout was short but good. Massage was very relaxing.

    Its always great to see a new log here and this one looks pretty good bro. Very strong lifts there benching and squatting looks solid. Keep it up finnish bro

    Thanks. Back has always been my best bodypart. Chest and legs are more difficult.
