Friday 8/8/08 Legs + whole body massage 1.Legpress warm up:(knees) 10*100, 10*200kg 2.Squat: 6*70, 6*100, 6*130, 6*150kg 3.Legpress: 6*300, 8*400kg 4. Hack calf raise: 10*50, 8*10, 10*150kg Workout was short but good. Massage was very relaxing.
