im glad to see this thread is up and going again keep eating mate, worry more about wholefoods then supplements

You need dextrose after your workout. Some say it's not needed if you diet is carb competent but I believe it is. Also variety! Much more necessary in a diet than people think.

lol I always am bro. Don't know what you're talking about. Use food. Buy 2 loaves of white bread for $3-5 and take 4-5 slice of white bread. This will = around 90-100g of carbs which is exactly enough to restore muscle glycogen (1/3 is only used during intense exercise).

15lb dextrose=19.50 still pretty good deal.. that would last you probably 4 months taking 75g

Yeah, I would assume so. I got 5lb for like $5. I take mine during workout now tho, not post workout.
