Looking good. Nice macro totals. Even though you're cutting I'd still replenish glycogen post workout. Maybe a banana or some fruit or something of the sort, dextrose/malto if possible.

Up to you though, I mean 16 weeks out restrictions aren't heavy unless you need to catch up. I like the egg whites as the last meal, I did that also for my show and I loved it! Sprinkled some low-fat, low-carb American cheese in there for some flavor.

Why did you have more calories on the second day???? Lower your protein, you don't need it that high. What are you weighing?

So you weight 174 lbs. that means that your bmr is 1,740. Yet your taking in over 2000 calories. You seriously need to rethink this. Then on one day you took in over 2 grams of protein per pound of weight. Not lean body mass but your entire weight. Try to cut back on the protein. Like 200 grams tops. Max for all the years you've been doing this, have you yet to learn anything?

regardless of barely eating any carbs, to have the protein that high is just a pure waste of food and source of proteins.
i think he is somehow following layne nortons precontest diet.
IMHO to have the protein 350+ is useless and stupid, if its the only reason why he has the protein so high is because of the low amount of carb intake, he could just
lower the protein to double to body weight and raise the carb intake while keeping the fats around the same %.
or lower the protein that ='s double his weight
lower the carb intake heaps more and hope the fat intake. just other ways of dieting aswel.
because you know your body isnt going to use 350grams of protein in 1 day.
just my two cents

I agree with Drizz..

You guys aren't realizing that the human body can only process so much protein. Carbs imho play a more important role than protein.

Is the diet you're using now working? If so why switch it if it aint broke. You really don't want to constantly alternate diets. 16 weeks seems far, but it's closer than you think. And trust me you don't want to play catch up. It's awful.
