These breakdowns are what is the recommended breakdown for what I need for every day/meal. I'm gonna get all the foods and get the portions broke down and everything. I plan on doing this diet for 18 weeks adjusting to the weight lost every week. During week 12 I will incoorporate an ECA stack just to top the diet off. Let me know if I need to change anything up. I appreciate it guys.

Protein: 237.5/day

Monday
8- Boiled egg whites, Oats, Orange Juice
11- Deer meat, Whole Wheat pasta
3:30- Chicken, Spinach, Whole Wheat pasta
5:15- Deer meat, Brown Rice, Brocolli
8- Tuna, Brocolli
Bed- Fat Free Cottage Cheese

Tuesday
7:15- Boiled egg whites, Oats, Orange Juice
10:30- Deer meat, Spinach
1:30- All natural peanut butter, Brown Rice
4:30- Tuna Sandwhich on Whole Wheat Bread & Sweet pickles, Brocolli
8- Chicken, Spinnach
Bed- Fat Free Cottage Cheese

Wednesday
8- Boiled egg whites, Oats, Orange Juice
11- Deer Meat, Brown Rice
2- Tuna Sand w/ whole wheat bread, Brocolli
5:15- Chicken, Spinach

I would cut out the orange juice and the whole wheat pasta.

OJ maybe but I wouldnt worry about the whole wheat pasta to much...

True.....I don't know if science has proved this but ive alwasy thought foods like potatoes and pasta "stick" to your body more and are just more for mass building.

it hasn't, because they don't.

Edit: to give advice, throw in some sesamin, and drink white tea throughout the day.

This is whole wheat pasta. It's non processed and not a "bad" carb.
