Is it just me or does Phil Heath fuck up the front relaxed pose? I really dont like the way he does it and i think he should bring his arms up more and do it more conventional. This is just my opinion. I dont know if someone told him to do it this way but I dont think it looks good.

Sorry about the pics they are the best I can find.

I was getting so irritated at how he was hitting that front relaxed. I thought it was really hiding his amazing arms and delts. And plus it looked like he was driving a tractor...

If he does it the "normal" way, then I believe he will look alot wider and not as narrow as people say.

I agree, I don't think he's ever done it that way before.

I'd like to hear an explanation from Phil himself on why he changed it.

I would also like to know why he does the side chest pose the way he does. It makes his chest look "bad". IMHO he should bring his arm/delt back a bit more instead of squeezing the whole pose in too much.

Here is a pic when the pose is not ready yet and IMHO it looks better this way:

And here is the way he really does the pose:

Any thoughts?

hmmm nice observation on the side chest.

i still like his regular though.
i think it shows more detail and thickness in delt pec area, shows off upper pecs and his midesction is tighter looking
