Force yourself to eat more, your body will get used to it.

Well there a natural product.... basically helps digest/absorb nutrients from the food you eat. The body only produces 50% of the enzymes you need, the other 50% is suppose to come from raw foods but most people don't eat nearly enough raw foods to get the benefit. So you supplement with the caps to help with overall digestive health. Really helped me with bloat i was getting from the extra carbs on the bulk. There pretty cheap to :D

A good general digestive formula, which also works great for weight loss, should contain betain HCI (increases stomach acidity), pancreatin and pancrelipase ( digests starches, fats, proteins), papain (digests proteins), pepsin (digests proteins), diatase (digest starches), and Ox Bile (digests fat).

cardio works great...specially first thing in the morning when its hard to eat 15-20 minutes of moderate cardio is all you need to get the appetite rolling

4 options I can give you that I know of:

1) increase meal frequency and portion size to gradually increase absorption rates.
2) I've been watching your diet, could potentially be the large quantities of milk you take in. Lactose can be lethargic and is a very slowly digesting disachharide. If this is the case, go to the doctor and see if you're lactose intolerant and lack lactase.

3) Check fat intake throughout the day. 30-40g/meal or more will increasingly delay digestion.
4) supplement with an enzymatic formula.

I'm positive one ^ of those should help you. If not, we'll further analyze.

I purposely placed dietary problems before supplementation. Might as well fix something that can be done non-artificially...haha.

good luck.
