hey been reading through all the training logs and it inspired me to do myself one so here iam ready to pusy myself and show the progress hope you all enjoy ill post my next training session 2morrow :)

okay well today i did shoulders and triceps it went like this

smith machine shoulder press , few warm up sets and stretches
80kg x 8
85kg x 6
90kg x 5 then dropped to 60kg n did another 5

seated side laterals
20kg x 10
22kg x 8
22 kg x 8 then 15kg x 5


close grip smith bp
90kg x 7
90kg x 6
95kg x 4

weighted dips
bw + 20kg x 6
bw + 20kg x 6

overhead rope pulldowns
didnt catch the weights on the cables but did 3 sets of about 8


not too bad a session but loadsa people in the gym taking up alot of epuipment and stuf so had 2 wait for a few dumbells etc :/

thanks i do them abit like jay cutler does arms quite bent , ill probably be doing back and abs 2morrow! :)

ok im 6'1 90kg , been training about 2 years roughly 1 and a half whilst on a good diet, im extremely lean n an ectomorph ive got the tinyest joints!, erm ive jus started training legs again from an 18 week knee injury what else would you like to know?

oh yeh i did back rear delts and abs 2day here itis

loads of warmups pulldowns stretches etc
supported barbell rows
warmup
80kg x 7
80kg x 6
80kg x 5 dropped to 50 for a few more reps

hammer strength underhand grip machine
100kg x 8
120kg x 5 dropped to 80kg for 6

lat pulldown
100kg x 8
100kg x 6

behind neck military press
65kg x 8
70kg x 6

bent laterals
22kg x 12
22kg x 10


few sets of weight crunches and a few sets of ball crunches

trained with my buddy today so had a really good session he helped me out on the last few struggling reps , best back session ive had in along time!

cheers dridders, i trained chest today with a few sets of cavles a nice early morning session , ive been doing incline barbell presses for a few months now and swapped over to dumbells last week so it wasnt the strongest session but here itis

rotator cuff warmup, stretches few incline presses
35kg x 15 wu
40kg x 10 wu
45kg x 6 this was hard!
47.5 kg x 5 last 1 was helped with

flat barbell presses
90kg x 7
100kg x 5
100kg x 5 drop to 70 for a few more reps

incline dumbell flyes
22kg x 10
22kg x 8
22kg x 8 i didnt up the weight cause i do these really slow n contract

2 x cable crossovers

few sets on leg press calve raises
2 sets of standing cavle raises and a dropset

good session could really feel it glad i had my friend to pot n help me with dumbells tho

was a really good session my strengths going up and up everytime its unbelievable

and there itis iam fucked , had an exhausting day and about to chow down :)
