Hey guys.. doing this right before class so I have to make it short and sweet. Did legs this morning at golds on an almost empty stomach, so my lifts are somewhat shitty. Ill make sure next leg day I have at least three meals in.

Leg Day

Squats
15x135

Leg Press
12x 16 plates
12x 18 plates
10x 18 plates
8x 22 plates

Leg Extensions
Uni-Laterals one leg at a time
45 lbs each leg 10 reps
55 lbs each leg 10 reps

at least 3 shoud have at least 5 meals. but regardless nice weight on the leg workout bud.
Try to get better nutrition a oatmeal and protein shake can take less than a few minutes to make and can be on the go if you have a shaker.

Okay was a long day, finally back home. After extensions was the following:

Smith lunges
10x135
10x135
8x 185

Calf Raise Machine
4 sets of 25 reps with switched toe positions

Here are a couple pics taken tonight at work, way fuzzy because the camera was smudged with grease or something :). I am around 293 lb's at the moment, and about 5 months away from the NGA Northwest Natural. Goal weight should be around 250.



In case anyone is wondering, im 6'4 and just recently gotten back into training 4 months ago. I peaked at around 330 lb's pretty much just became a fatass while I had a girlfriend and didn't lift at all.

Shoulders and Arms for a double tomorrow and I will be sure and update meals/training. Everyone have a great night!

Yeah for sure, thanks man. Just getting back into training I wasn't sure how I would do on an almost empty stomach.. but I tried out way too quickly, gotta make sure I don't do that again, especially not for legs.

Dude you're story sounds like mine except im only 2 months in traing I hope to look like you bodyfat wise in another 2 months im currently 314 from 345 lmao. back into the training brother. Leg day today for me too and it's gonna hurt.

Shoulders baby

Okay, so day 2 of the log. Hope your leg day went well Samoan. Today was shoulders for me in the evening after a long day of school and eating. Lots of rice/broccoli/chicken meals before my workout this time and it went VERY well.

Alright so I am somewhat perturbed that I missed about a week of logging, but in any case, my lifts have been going REAL well, been sore as hell, and been eating great since my last updates.
