so I just got a gym membership and starting to workout again
i've been held back the past few months with injuries but now i'm good to go

Nice work bro, if getting back into I would stay away from flys and stick to DB presses since getting back it weight can be misinterpreted and cause injury but my opinion but if you know what you are doing ignore me. it's just somethign I would do lol.

You've got some very strong shoulders there Lyon, you're shoulder pressing nearly as much as you bench.

samoan yeah my biceps were fried
i've never been a big fan of training arms for some reason
call it a defect of being a football player
biceps were never used in football games
and my triceps were getting a lot of secondary work and were still super strong and had some decent cuts so i never trained them

I hope you are talking about european football lol cause in american football bices are used by D linemen to hold up O linemen and plug up gaps.

samoan: I'm much to small to play line so it didn't come into effect for me while playing

vegeta: yeah i'm finally getting back to being able to workout, the breaking of the wrist earlier in the year set me way back and then having to vehicle to get to the gym slowed me back but now i'm good to go

jnutz: thanks i never liked arms but now that i'm not working out just for football i'm going to start working them out as well

are you in that phase where your just getting back into and you get pretty sore. That part I really hate lol.

vegeta: thanks i'm trying to get more strength as fast as possible while still trying to keep from getting sore since i'm wrestling right now
samoan: yeah i like the stretching type movements right now as they allow for the muscular endurance that I am looking for right now since I'm wrestling
bambam: I actually wasn't getting too sore but part of that is my muscles were still used to work because of wrestling, and also I think the amount that muscles get stretched during wrestling helped to hold back a lot of the soreness

UPDATE: haven't been able to get to the gym as I got into an accident. FUCK THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T USE THEIR BLINKERS AND SLAM ON THEIR BREAKS WHEN THEY TURN!
on another note though I have been wrestling still, won my last 2 matches the first i was one of two guys to win on my team out of 15 the one tonight (jan 21st) I was one of five guys to win...hope to get my truck back and be back in the gym ASAP
