why don't you just buy regular whey protein and mix it with oatmeal?

How do I explain this to you... I am a person who seeks the most efficient solutions to my problems xD

The less hassle to make prepare a food, the better.

Really what the heck is the hastle in putting two scoops of whey and some oatmeal in a blender????

If you rather go this route prepare to waste large amounts of $$$$$ in the long run

Zigurd was being sarcastic, which I didn't pick up at first either. lol

with that said, I'm sure that 100% OATS & WHEY tastes great...but it really just seems like a waste of money.

by looking at this thread without clicking the link I thought it was pretty obvious it would be another scam, but it actually seems convenient. The legitimacy is a bit questionable, but I'm sure it could be helpful for someone with a hectic morning.

... it's optimum nutrition, it's a complex of two essentials and it's reasonably priced. Worth a try in my opinion.
