i agree. i hope rxmuscle.com (Dave and Romanos site) takes off with their interviews and athlete training sessions... but as for muscle forums.... im a musclemecca type of guy

Yes, it must have been filmed some time ago when he was in off season mode, now Evan is 3 days out of NY Pro, and from what i've heard he's in great condition at ~260 lbs.

He was on Dave protocol which uses a ton of oil (healthy fats) During the day

It was filmed in 2008, so it was the 2009 off season so you get to see all the phases he went through to get ready for this show...
