I was wondering do I eat like I regulary do on lifting days on a rest day or lower carb intake?...

you can afford to lower it a bit, though you should still be getting a sufficient calorie surplus to grow!

Depends how many rest days you have in a row. Days immediately after heavy training days (e.g. legs) would normally be the same or more cals. You fluctuate according to work load and recovery needs.

I would keep it the same. You continue to have increased calorie expenditure for up to 39 hours following resistance training.

The only difference for me is that I dont have my intra and post workout carbs that I do on training days but other than that, keep it the same.

I lower my food intake just a little bit... almost unnoticeable.

what i´ve learned that you should split your carbs in half, since you don´t need much energy on your offdays

I generally eat more on rest days cause i have more time and I know my body is just putting itself back together
