I think the inclusion of crossfit in the list is laughable but the comments on the other 4 sports are spot on. :keke:

I was annoyed with this article. The author pretty much says that he has never competed or trained properly in Weightlifting. Yet he has all of these disparagements against it to suggest that it looks cool and is an Olympic sport and that is it.

Crossfit isn't as prevelant as aerobics, crosstraining, yoga, etc....

Also it was kinda biased and superficial.

I liked it for the negatives mainly, they're pretty spot on.
