Great detail and separation at this point. But when he turns around...you know it...his glute/ham/lower back section is most likely soft.

His conditioning in those areas was spot on his last showing.

Last time, yes. But I think you have seen him before and he's pretty much always soft from behind. Few exeptions of course.

I would place my bet for Troy coming in soft from behind rather than ripped.

He might be much lighter than Dex, Phil and Jay, but his phisique never ceases to amaze me. I want to look like him!
