I believe it's the Battle for the Olympia 2007 video - Silvio is at the Olympia press conference and he's talking about all his "bling". His cellular phone has diamonds on it, he had a super expensive watch on, and a huge chain around his neck. It was hilarious! "This is money... I'm making money."
