Hello everyone this is my first training log. Please feel free to comment

My height is 178cm and weight is about 80kg My age is 23years

Sunday: Chest (Incline DB Flys : 3 sets, Flat Bench Press: 4 sets, Incline DB Press: 3 sets, Parallel bar dips (3 sets) , Decline Bench press Superset Cable Crossfare (3 sets)

Monday: Back (Chin Ups : 3 sets, Deadlift 3 sets, Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets, 1 Arm DB rows : 3 sets, Hyperextension 3 sets)

Tuesday : Cardio + Calves + Abs ( 15 min treadmill, 15 min Bicycle, Toe Press: 4 sets, Standing calf raise 4 sets, cable crunch: 3 sets, Broomstick Side Twist: 3 sets, Reverse crunch: 3 sets, )

Wednesday: Shoulder (Side DB Raise Superset DB Press : 4 sets, Military Press Superset Bent over DB raise: 3 sets, Front DB Raise: 3 sets, DB Shrugs superset Behind Neck Barbell Shrugs: 4sets)

Thursday: Arms ( 21's with Barbell Curl : 4sets, Incline DB Curl : 4 sets, Cable Curl : 3 sets, Close Grip Bench Press: 4sets, Tricep Pressdown: 4sets, Triceps Dips: 4 sets)

Friday: Leg (Squat: 4sets, Front Squat: 4 sets, Leg Press: 4 sets, Leg extension : 4 sets, DB Lungs: 3 sets, Leg Curl: 4 sets, Stiff Deadlift Superset Hyperextension: 3 sets)
