I found these videos to be pretty informative. Rippetoe is prety legit. Nothing ground breaking or anything, but it's a nice refresher and interesting to see in a coaching context.

Good post.

But I just have to say that Mark spent a lot of time worrying about hip drive and lower back arching and didn't once address the spinal movement in the squat.

^ i agree

i dont squat like that, i keep my back completely straight all the way up and down, if i slant, bend etc even the slightest my back hurts.

When teaching the hip drive most people tend to make goodmornings after trying to tell what you wanna see. Tim makes a good point which should be adressed imo
