I agree this is extra light, but depleted on carbs with no energy a few days before a show.. its not like hes trying to grow right now.. but i feel even if someone does go this light even before a show.. the person ends up looking "stringy" on stage.. the muscle does not appear as full and as tight..

You can see where he is working through the motion. Pretty much making that mind to muscle connection for posing. Its key. Helps you pose better, i had to do it when I took 3 months off. It helped a lot.
