Yea, RXM rocks these days, MD is getting "slower" without Dave and Romano, and FLex is Flex, they've always been like this.

Dave Palumbo > Shawn Ray > Flex Wheeler

Flex is very dull, not motivating at all, and puts me to sleep. Shawn Ray is very professional and does his job well, but doesn't have the humor that Palumbo has. Palumbo is professional, intelligent, and very funny. This is what keeps RXMuscle alive IMO. Their Olympia predictions video was hilarious using cookies to represent bodybuilders.

Dave Turk said it himself. "I watch the videos on RXMuscle because of Palumbo, that's it, even though their videos are filled with bums."

Definitely agree! RX needs to have some important bodybuilders imo (contracts), and in short time they will pwn MD.

MD and RX are just having a difficult time handling the thousands of viewers. Pause the videos and find something else to do while it loads for ten to fifteen minutes.
