Hello Muscle Geeks

I've decided to start a log here because there is a lot of clever heads around, and because it's a nice place to hang around when I'm bored :)

Age: 19
Height: 173 cm
Weight: 61 +/-

I used to run a lot and completed my first marathon in May 2009. After that i decided I was to skinny, so I started lifting weights (I also lifted weights while running - but my main focus was on running). I've gained about 6 kg's since my Marathon-debut :) I attempt to gain as lean as possible!

I've just started a WSB fullbody hybrid, created by a fellow BB'er on a danish forum :)

Believe me - I am:thumbsup2: I'm currently at about 3300-3400 kcals on training days, which I think is fairly high considering my bodyweight :)

great with a new log in here! good numbers and HUGE volume of work mate:2: im glad ure eating alot cuz with this amount of work ull need it;) pics look good too btw, very good lines and structure. just work on adding mass and ull have a hell of a physique someday. ure already lean so i wouldnt worry too much about gaining alittle fat either:2:

Thanks Vegeta. I've had big problems with squatting, because my bad knees cave in. So I've been box-squatting a lot. It's still not good, but working on it :)
