What's so bad about the squating form? That's pretty heavy and he went almost to failure....I can only congratulate the guy for his efforts...

Knees buckle in on everything after about the fifth rep of the squats (his 104 reps of 100kg were better) and his deadlift was rounded back and hiking all the way.

i would have actually thought he could do more reps with 200 kg considering the amount of reps he did with 100 kg. anyone knows what could give a person the ability to get through such high rep sets? no lactic acid production? anyways, extremely impressive, one of the most impressive videos ive seen actually. (the 100 kg set)

Fibre type mix, type of training he regularly performs, etc. Remember also that he is probably squatting BW in the first vid and the 200kg would be more like double bodyweight.

Also the Tom Platz and Dr Squat squat off was another example of this. Tom pwnd DS on the reps at 500lb but only squatting 650lb (from memory, I'm probably wrong) while DS knocked out an +800lb squat.

Update

203 reps @ 60kg!

Too bad he had to pause @ 151, he was about to throw up. Luckily he decided to continue.
