I was in town for two days to video tape a few 2009 Nationals Competitors.
First on my list was Dr. Prisk. We met at one of his offices on the UPMC Campus and I got to meet all sorts of people from doctors to therapists to football players and ballerinas.
I could have spent days there but non the less I eventually met back up with Dr. Prisk at X Shady Side Gym in Pittsburgh for a tough Back Workout. Dr. Prisk is 16 Days out from the 2009 Nationals.
