I couldn't agree more. I hope we are not jinxing him but I see the potential. This kid is ridiculous, and he has amazing aesthetics on top of all that crazy, thick muscle.

So am I. I think they are trying to find "the next big thing" in bodybuilding since Phil Heath. The pickings seem slim, but just because some dude is jacked and huge for his age in the off-season does not mean he will look amazing in a contest. i.e.: Trey Brewer, Jeff Long, Chris Cook... etc

From what I see, best in show condition wise. If he can put more muscle on and come in with the same conditioning he could do well in the pros.

Hype is natural.... what RIGHT NOW we are hyping Cedric.... and if he never improves more than he looks today, we will say " all hype, this guy is too hyped, he cant ever improove" but we speculate on his potential which is how hype starts.... but i agree with everyone here, someguys need more hype but this guy was in the army, how much hype can you get when your on base and cant do interviews. Look at Trey's first contest, for his age, it was insane, its natural to hype him up, its not until last year we realized there wasnt much to the hype....

Cedric is awesome, i hope someone makes a Muscle Kombat between his last contest and this contest to see how much he has improoved

There's a video of Lonnie Teper and Shawn Ray from earlier this week where they were hyping up Cedric as the darkhorse of the show.

As for Trey Brewer...sure, I agree that he is overrated....but I think you all forget that he is only 24 (?) years old. He has a lot of time to improve. If anyone should be hyped up, it should be Seth Feroce...this guy is fucking awesome.

I do, he has quality muscle.... blocky though.

Damn... Cedric with 20 more lbs of muscle will be the best bodybuilder ever LOL but thats extreme ammount of weight and i dont know if he can match ronnie's conditioning. He is 6 ft 1, a few more years and not many people can stand next to him.

Serb, while I appreciate your enthusiasm, suggesting that "Cedric = Next Coleman" is extremely premature. Before today hardly anyone had even heard of this guy and to suggest he the next greatest bodybuilder of all time....well its a little far off the mark.
