That's it ladies n gentleman.

I have decided to go nuts.

16 weeks of a mega cycle.

Some will say it's stupid.


Week 1-16: 1250mg Sustanon per week (250mg per day Mon-Fri)
Week 1-4: Winstrol & Test Propionate (600mg per week)

Diet has been perfected by a nutrionist.

All the necessary supplements are on hand :)

Nolvadex is on hand in case of gyno.

Arimidex is on hand too.

Aim: To bulk up as much as possible, then lean down.

Yes, i know i'll be shut down for heaps long after, but then again i'll just cycle again :)

Why do you only run win and prop for 4 weeks?

Thanks for the positive comments guys.

Ok, i've gotten a bit of fat built up around my gut since i stopped training a couple of weeks ago due to injury (shoulder)

Now it's better.

I lost a fair bit of size off the juice since i had to stop. (that's why i want to use winstrol at the beginning for 4 weeks with the prop to kickstart the cycle)

I was taking Test Prop at 900mg per week.

I had some great lean gains.. but lost a heap, haven't dropped much weight but i can notice i've lost noticebale gains :(

My cycle history is fairly good.

I think i have a ****ed thyroid though, because no matter how long train off the gear with any diet i cannot get gains.

I've cycled before numerous times and i explode everytime.. But the min i come off, regardless of what PCT i use, i lose a ****load.

I think it's the thyroid trouble.

I got my test levels checked though the doc said they were fine.

I'm going to smash a massive 1250mg test cycle for 16 weeks, with prop for the first 4 weeks to kickstart it.

I'll be using either Test E or Sustanon.

I think you should figure out why you are losing your gains first. Then you can start a cycle.

Sounds like you just don't eat enough.

Why didn't do you get your thyroid leves tested?

I can never put on weight or muscle mass naturally, it's shit.

I have no energy when i am natural, if i use test, whether it's 200mg or 1000mg i feel so much better, energetic, sex drive is up and i immediately build muscle mass and strength.

I think you have some real problem buddy,how you can feel weak without gear,is not normal believe me.Of course you feel much more powerful within using gear but you looks like a testoslave man...And that much dosage? Unhealthy and unnecessary Peace

I'd use 6 grams and oral tren at 1000 mgs a day.

i find it pointless running 1250mg sus and 300mg of prop
why dont you do

mon/wed/fri/sun
tue/thur/sat/mon

at 250mg on those days
and run something else

huh? mega dose? 1250mgs a week total isn't that much.. remember guys, he doesn't add 600mg's of deca, or 400mg's of eq and so on like most builders.. And, he leaves that fucking Tren alone.. Hes kickstart though, is a total waste of money.. Some dbol for 4 weeks would do the trick..

no hate man, since im new here and i dont really know anyone yet, but...

1250 is hardly a megadose. i know NPC guys that consider 850 a week a low dose.

3000-3600 calories?! damn. i know guys that run test/eq 500/500 and CUT, not bulk.

losing your gains? feel weak when youre off? man you need to train a bit more and learn some more about diet in general. i dont fault you for using gear, but it sounds like you could use a bit more information on training in general.

but, as i said, im knew here and i wont pretend to know your history.
