At the 2010 Muscular Development Superstar Seminar, IFBB Pro Victor Martinez and three time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler had a rare opportunity to train arms together while the fans gathered around to watch and ask questions. Take a look at what happened in this video shot right from the crowd.

Jay claimed that his arms are 22 and a half and Ronnie's 23.

I do believe Ronnie's were even bigger than 23 and Jay's slightly smaller than 22 and a half.

What do you guys think?

Ronnie's were 24" i think jay have 22 and half offseason and 22" in contest shape but vic got a good 23" guns in contest shape heres are vic dimensions:

Height: 5'8" / 173 cm.

Contest weight: 250 lbs / 113 kg.

Off-season weight: 272-274 lbs.

Arms: 23" / 57 cm.

Chest: 58" / 147.5 cm.

Waist: 32" / 81.5 cm.

Thighs: 30" / 76.5 cm.

Calves: 20" / 51 cm.

It's obvious, bodybuilding contests are won by biggest measurements and highest bodyweight.

He's been like that for quite some years now. I saw a video from one of his seminars from 2006 (or 2007) and he was pretty entertaining much like in the video.

I doubt ronnies arms were 24 inches... Thats Noah Steere and Sean Allan territory, Phils arms may be less then 22'', Dexter's are 22'' yet Phils look much larger. Measurements dont matter but i dont think Ronnie's arms were 24.

EDIT: I take that back, Off-season ronnie with a pump could very well be over 24.

Arms...even in 2006 Ronnie has much bigger legs,chest,shoulders compare this two guys when they stand next to each other.Nowdays guys are way smaller than Big Ron...People say Kai is big,he was about 250 on arnold??250 to almost 290 Ron.yes size is only size but size and Ronnie muscle quality...there is nothing to compare.
