such an athlete, one of the only pros to use good form on bench pressing and had some of the best delts,chest and tris of all time.
I wish aspiring bodybuilders would see him train and not the brendan curries, branch warrens of the world.

That bench pressing looks pretty unreal, so amazing form but so much weight! He should have won Mr. O for even once!

Bodybuilders today just want to train hardcore like Branch does. It's pitiful. It's one thing to have terrible form, but when people aspire to be like you, then you're risking others of injury.
Where are guys like Kevin to show people of today how you should be training.Similar threads
