Height 5'10, Body Weight 185lbs GOAL - Improved cardiovascular performance and reduced body weight.

Mid Afternoon Workout

Incline Dumbbell Press -

- 18X60lbs
- 15X70lbs
- 12X80lbs
- 10X80lbs

Flat Barbell Press -

20X 135lbs
15X 185lbs
12X 205lbs
8X 225lbs

40, 30 and then 25 push ups to finish. Stretched for a good 10 minutes after.

Evening Run

First 3.4km run - 12:37
Second 3.4km - 12:45

8 sprints ranging in distance from 40-100m

40 crunches in between runs and 5 minutes rest period.
