A guys his size would probably be able to hit some pretty solid gym lifts so I'm guessing there is a fair bit of taking the piss here...

I saw his db curl a few days ago.

His head litterally had more ROM then his arms during the EZ bar curl.

He can't be serious, although i wouldnt be surprised if he is.
