Boring ass video, speaks german the whole time with no subtitles, a bit too long aswell. I still have no idea why this guy doesnt learn english and market himself better, he would be much more successful.

One of my favourites but he's dexter-esque, he hasn't made a major improvement for a long time now. He'll be overlooked.

He has made major improvements, specially his conditioning is much much better now than it was a couple of years ago.

Ronny Rockel is a great bodybuilder but I can?t undertand why he doesn?t learn english. He should be in USA promoting his physique and living there as Dennis Wolf who has improved his english last year and he gets a big contract with BSN. If I were Ronny I would learn english inmediatly.

Finally got some love last year at the O. That being said it will be tough for him to improve on that placing given the stacked lineup. If he comes in shape hes in the top 10

dude's already got trouble keeping his gut inn check, so I can only imagine how bad it would be with 10-20lbs more on his frame
