Vic is a true champion! Love the down to earth attitude of Victor, he didnt blame it on anyone! Thats what great champions do... I wish him nothing but the best of the best; I hope he does Arnold and wins it!

the trainer doesnt want to rehurt vics knee but has him doing high weight high rep drop set cricuits on knee killers like leg extension, smith squats and even leg press...
