Hi everyone, i'm currently experiencing hair loss, and searching up on methods on how to lose less hair if not maintain/grow hair. I've been using Nizoral shampoo 2%, but also came across a supplenet called saw palmetto. I'm only 25 and it seems older men take this supplement for prostate health. One of the benefits of saw palmetto says that if taken enough, can help grow back hair or maintain the hair. Can anyone help me on this, is this fake or true? Anyone experience this personally?
