    MrThinker Ketosis Cutting Log

    Hello my fellow members the name is MrThinker, this will be my first log at MuscleMecca. This is the first time I'm doing a Ketosis diet following Mr Dave Palumbo diet plan .

    I start my diet tomorrow April 1 a 12 Wk diet, I will be posting progress photos, workout Log etc.

    Lets make this **** happen YEAH BUDDY!

    Height: 6'0" Ft
    Weight: 242 Lbs
    Body Fat: ?

    Daily Cardio:
    Monday Through Saturday, Sunday off.

    Daily Weight Training:
    I Train six days a week, 1-2 body part.

    Sat: Quads
    Sun: OFF
    Mon: Shoulder & Abs
    Tuesday: Arms
    Wed: Back & Abs (Side obliques)
    Thurs: Chest
    Friday Hamstring & Calves

    Nutrition:
    I work nights and sleep during the day so my diet plan maybe mix up a bit from Dave Palumbo setup.

    Ketosis Diet
    3Pm Breakfest: 5 whole eggs 4 egg whites
    -- GYM
    6Pm SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter
    9Pm Chicken Breast 1/2-cup almonds
    12N SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter
    3Am Salmon with a green salad with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
    5Am SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter or 4 whole eggs and 4 extra whites
    -- Sleep

    Supplements:
    Fat Burner, Glutamine, N.O, Multi Vitamins, Protein Shake

    Quads
    (Note: I have a Herniated discs in my lower back)

    Leg Extensions: 3S x 100R

    Leg Press: Single Legs 4S x 15, 12, 10, 9R
    Normal Toes Inwards 3S x 12, 10, 8R
    Normal Toes Outward 4S 12, 10, 10, 6

    Cardio: 30 Min's Treadmill (4.0-4.5) Incline (4-8)

    Note to myself I need to buy some tights cardio is killing my inner thighs

    Upper body looks big, legs are legging, which is only logical with a herniated disc in your back, but that does not mean u can up the weights, do more volume and add other variations to your leg workouts

    Your gym has hack squat machine? use it.
    Do one legged leg presses, inner thighs and your tear frop will thank you
    Add more leg curl variations
    Do pullthroughs
    Do sissy squats

    Thank you for the feedback guys much needed and keep them coming

    Just came off the scale this morning (Saturday, 09 2011) Today 225Lbs 102.06 kg a total of 17Lbs 7.7111 kg weight loss in eight days, 242Lbs 109.77 kg 04-01-2011.

    Energy level or high during workouts and throughout the day. I've had no side effect from the the diet but I notice the first 1-4 days my muscle and overall look was flat and even with a good Nitric Oxide during workout it would be difficult to get a solid pump during an intense workout but after day 5 to now my muscle or full my strength is up and also my rest time good (not the best).

    Today I will have my first cheat meal which I will have after my leg and cardio section(third meal replacing my 8oz chicken with 1/2-cup almonds), Dave theory is "HAVE YOUR CHEAT MEAL ON THE SAME DAY EVERY WEEK, last meal of the
    day so you don't cheat again" me cheating again wouldn't be a problem plus my last meal of the day I rest afterward and I do not want to go to sleep on a cheat meal.

    I'll be post new and better pic's later, Again thank you guys for the feedback.
