Both Seth and Flex were gonna be done with the 202 and move into Open... now that its 212 they'll stick around for a bit lol. Idk whether or not 212 is a good idea but im looking forward to seeing some of these guys be bigger. BTW does anyone know how much David Henry weighs in contest shape?

Weigh-In

It's truly amazing that most of these guys weigh less than 200 pounds.
The amount of muscle these guys pack onto their frames and still make weight is incredible.
After the weigh-in many of the guys carb load and rehydrate and might be 10 pounds heavier
by the time they step on stage, but they still look like they weigh more than they do. Incidentally.

Eduardo Correa nearly missed
qualifying for the show because at the first weigh-in at 7:30 p.m. he weighed 205 pounds.
He had until 9:00 p.m. to weigh 202 and he narrowly made it.

He was still a little over at 8:52 p.m.
but he was able to lose a few more ounces and make the cut.

For anyone curious and would like to know the weight of each athlete
at the weigh-in on Wednesday, here is a list:

THanks Coach, that is interesting. I wonder ho david would look at a peeled 112 if he can actually manage to put on that much muscle mass.

seth's been training and eatin big for a while now, and its obvious the hard work has paid off. wait and see when he hits the open shows next year, its gonna be fun since he wont have to suck done to make weight.
