Great move, he is having a baby. Lots of stress. Period.
Oh sad ..wanted to see him next to Phil and Jay
Evan is a smart guy, every move he planned till now gave the results expected, he won 2 of his 3 shows as a Pro, he's still young and got time to improve, he knows doing the Olympia now, won't be a good choice, despite the momentum he has gained, he ain't ready to stand next to Phil, Jay or a Branch in Olympia shape. Arnold Classic and Flex Pro were good shows but the Olympia, is a whole different story. Also having a newborn child to take care of during a contest prep would mess things up big time.
November New MOTM YOU WANT SOMETHIN'?GO AND GET IT.PERIOD

X2 He needs a whole lot more chest to match his own body parts... let alone stand next to Jay, Phil and Kai... also he really really needs to fix a couple of his mendatory poses!
He needs more chest, back and hamstring.
Wise decision he should take sometime off, this season was good for him next year he might bang with all that rest
