keep plugging away...

It may sound retarded but as being someone who doesnt have great genes and improves slowly... you just gotta keep plugging away knowing that next year you will look better then the previous year. Its also my own advice for my current diet... just keep plugging away.

Learn proper posture and do everything you can to keep it. For the love of God learn what upper and lower cross syndrome is and do everything you can to prevent it. If you walk around looking like a caveman, your training has major flaws.

dont care about how many sets, keep reps high and **** the weight. Follow your feelings.

if you want to build muscle that is.

Hello Scout200.I suggest you to do lot of walk in a day.You can do 30 minute walk in a day and trust me this exercise is best for fitness and weight lose.

Change your execise routine as much as you can. On each workout try some new exercise to hit muscle from fifferent angle.

Progressive overload is everything, when you can sqaut and deadlift over 200 kgs for reps with good form you will have a body to match! Keep Volume and frequency lower than you want to, keeps you hungry and allows you time to recover!

Nice sharing.
Swimming is my favorite exercise.
My and my friends goes to swimming pool 4 or 5
time in a week. I think swimming gives us much strength
and keep maintain our whole body.

My workout is different and quite effective. I do regular walk in the morning. It is best exercise and i suggest everyone to do it because it keeps you active all the day.
