    Tips for recording your workouts

    Hi! Im thinking about starting to write a training log, or workout log or whatever they are called. So please answer the poll and write a few lines about your experiences and what you recommend or dont recommend

    pen and paper. always been so, always gonna be so.


    Strength training is like pushing a button on a elevator. You only need to do the action of pushing the button once in order to gain a response. Pushing it more and more will NOT speed up the process.
