He's working again with Dave Palumbo for this Olympia. Last time they worked together was the 2008 Mr O and 2009 Arnold I think. So I think he might get in that top 6/7.

Interesting news from Dave Palumbo. He changed his prediction and put Dexter in top 3 after seeing some recent pictures. Note, Dexter is now working with george farah and he says he is on around 1,000 grams of carbs for this fill out. Should be interesting, he hasnt been very full or very shredded lately so ill be looking forward to seeing any changes.

Hope Toney can cracj that top 6! But then again I would feel sorry for my European boy Rockel.... Damn this line up is so good if they came in shape!

Every Olympia is that way, lol.

Problem is, a good majority don't come in shape.
