I just started training 3split instead of 5/6split. So i just have to get used to the low volume. And at the same time i don't eat as many carbs as usaully, soooooo i feel weak. Strength training is like pushing a button on a elevator. You only need to do the action of pushing the button once in order to gain a response. Pushing it more and more will NOT speed up the process.
