Gentically I think Cedric McMillan is a tad better than Ronnie Coleman.. Ronnie Coleman never had genes to grow popping triceps or calves... Cedric Mcmillan has fantastic calves and triceps... the rest they are pretty evenly matched up_ genetically that is!
Now food for thought... Ronnie won the first two Os with a full time police job!!! Thats how crazy he was Really staying out on the streets all day and still maintaining your diet and working out like Ronnie Coleman did.... that was a superhuman feat in itself!

I hope he will do Mr.Olympia. Now with Jay Cutler out, or anyway out of the top 4 imo, and Victor Martinez the same (who knows though), Cedric McMillan has a chance at the top 3 or 4 spots.

Dorian Yates was 31 when he won his 1st Sandow, Ronnie Coleman was older than that but certainly not 34)... meaning Cedric McMillan needs to hurry the hell up and make his mind about whether he wants to be a good Pro which with his genes I think he can do with two jobs... but if he wants to be anywhere near as special as Ronnie Coleman then he needs to drop everything but Weights and Chicken!


Edit: OK I just figured out Ronnie was 34 when he won his 1st Sandow!

I think there is a lot to be said about what makes a champion just from this post. What made Ronnie Coleman a champ is the same thing that made Dorian Yates a champ is the same thing that did it for Arnold Schwarzenegger. They had animal mentalities. Sure, they had good genetics(some better than others), but they were committed beyond the nth degree and were willing to sweat, bleed or drop for the title(or even just one single rep). Cedric McMillan needs to find the beast.

The frame & structural advantage that he has over others is also his biggest problem at this stage of his career IMO; Cedric McMillan would look too "thin & light" compared to the likes of Kai Green, Phil Phil Heath, Dennis Wolf, Victor Martinez and Branch Warren... he has to pack on more size and add more density to get past these 5!

I'm a big fan of him, I barely buy whey anymore but when I need it recently I bought Scitec. (ok they have excellent products... but one must support Cedric!)

I freakin' agree! Don't know why the judging must be so fuked up. A bb'er like Cedric, should be dominating every single competition he's entering.

I think the judges are just waiting for the wow effect as Ronnie and the others!
Also, this year working with Aceto easily come to Olympia to 100%!

And that will be the final flight to the top 3!

His back is rather shallow compared to Phil Heath and Kai Green. I dont like how narrow he poses his legs.
